Behavior Design Boot Camp
About once a month I run a Behavior Design Boot Camp in California. I limit enrollment so we can all sit around one big table and learn in a practical, hands-on way.
At this 2-day training event, I teach things you can't find online or in books. It's my newest, best stuff.
The purpose of Behavior Design Boot Camp is to help you be more effective on your projects by teaching you my models and methods in Behavior Design so you can think clearly and systematically about how behavior works.
What to expect
Boot Camp is two intensive, engaging, and fun days of learning about and gaining a mastery level understanding of Behavior Design. It’s an experience people describe as pivotal and transformative -- a game-changer. You'll meet like-minded colleagues who share similar aspirations. My team and I work hard to make sure that Boot Camp is the best investment you’ve ever made.
After Boot Camp
Put simply, I want to equip you to do your best work and to go out and do good in the world. When you leave Boot Camp, you’re ready to put what you’ve learned to work, to share it with the people that matter, and to continue solving some of the biggest problems we face today.
To this end, my team and I stay in touch and follow up with the materials you need to make Boot Camp pay off even more for you and your organization.

I can teach your group in a keynote, or in a less formal setting.
Call me crazy, but I really like public speaking. My goal is to give the BEST keynote the audience has ever heard. No exceptions. When the setting is less formal, I interact with the audience during my talk.
I can teach a workshop about behavior for your company.
I welcome the opportunity to come to your site and give a half-day workshop or a full-day masterclass. The experience I create leads to many good results. Your entire team learns the same approach to behavior change and innovation with persuasive technology. This makes project teams more effective.
I can train your work team in a private and customized Behavior Design Boot Camp.
This is my favorite format for working with people outside of Stanford. For two days, 10 of us work together. As part of the small group, you learn and practice my groundbreaking methods in Behavior Design applied to your business objectives.

To experience how behavior change works, join a Tiny Habits® session. It’s simple, powerful, and free.
My Tiny Habits® program can create new behaviors in your life.
Let me explain . . . I’ve studied human behavior for 20 years, mostly at Stanford University. Here’s what I’ve learned: Only three things will change behavior in the long term.
Option A. Have an epiphany
Option B. Change your environment (what surrounds you)
Option C. Take baby steps
Creating an epiphany is difficult. You should rule out Option A unless you have mystical powers (I don’t).
But here’s the good news: The other two options are practical. And they can lead to lasting change if you follow the right program. However, few winning programs exist.
In December of 2011, I created a new way to tap the power of environment and baby steps. Over 40,000 people have since joined in. The results are the best I’ve ever seen in any program.
My method is surprisingly simple, but the impact is big. See what people say.

Right now I'm scaling my work in Tiny Habits. For the last few years, I've coached many people in Tiny Habits each week. At times I was working with over 300 people, helping them create new habits. (I don't charge for this; I just want to share my method.)
Finally, I got smarter about how to help more people.
"Hey, BJ," I thought to myself. "You don't need to personally coach so many people each week. You can train others to do this." And so I did.
Today the coaches we've certified in my Tiny Habits method can use my technology platform to coach up to 100 people each week in less than 20 minutes per day. I'm testing this solution now, and I'm measuring the results. So far, my new system is living up to my expectations.
