You must not, and must not permit any third party to, use the MCP Service to

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, judicial order, or governmental directive.

  • Engage in, facilitate, or promote any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity.

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or defame any party, or discriminate against, any person or group.

  • Promote or facilitate any form of self harm, such as suicide or disordered eating.

  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate sexual violence, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or endangers minors.

  • Facilitate or promote terrorism, extremist violence, or organizations designated as terrorist or sanctioned by any applicable government.

  • Engage in or facilitate human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor.

  • Facilitate or engage in gambling.

  • Provide advice that requires a professional license, such as legal or medical advice, without the appropriate involvement of a qualified, licensed professional.

  • Violate any person’s privacy rights, including through unauthorized collection, use, or disclosure of personal data.

  • Use the MCP Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities.

  • Submit, process, or store special categories of personal data (or other sensitive personal data), including personal data about minors.

  • Use outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

  • Use the MCP Service to systematically generate content designed to manipulate public opinion, interfere with democratic processes, or conduct coordinated inauthentic behavior.

  • Use the MCP Service in ways that violate any applicable law (including the EU AI Act’s) prohibited practices, including subliminal manipulation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or real-time remote biometric identification in public spaces where prohibited by law.

  • Submit inputs that areobscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit, constitute hate speech, incite violence, or promote discrimination.

  • Use the MCP Service to defame, harass, or threaten any person or group, or to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity.
